90 degree wall to glass shower hinge with square edge full back plate and philip's screws is very popular shower door hardware accessories in the North American Market.The main function of the shower hinge is to open and close the shower glass doors.It is for 90 degree angle of the showeroom.One side to fix on the wall and the other side to hold the glass.That is why we call it 90 degree wall to glass shower hingeUsually we need to install two hinges on each glass door.The max bearing weight is 45-50kgs per one pair of the hinge. This is in a bigger size which is 100mm in length and 58mm in width.The plates' thickness is 5mm.The material is solid brass. It is a special shower hinge which can be adjustable with the angles to be 85/90 degrees or we can say 5 degrees preset according to customers'needs.There are different materials for the backplates at different costs.Brass back plate is in higher cost.If you need to lower the cost,stainless steel backplates is a better choice.The stainless steel has two different grades.They are ss201 and ss304.Backplates in ss201 is much cheaper than that in ss304.For this style,we use the full back plate.If you need other style of the backplate ,such as H back plate or Short back plates,please let us know.We can make that for you! Normally we put 4 pieces of the pvc gaskets into each hinge.Black neoprene gaskets are also available for all the shower hinge.
