1. Internal disassembly

(1) When the handle of the revolving door is broken, if it needs to be disassembled, prepare the tools first, and then read the installation manual to know the general structure. First use a tool to remove the fixing screw to see, then remove the lock tongue.

(2) Follow this step and remove the screws on the baffle in the room at one time. At this time, you can see the internal fastening structure. Here is the real disassembly, and disassemble in a certain order.

(3) There are special circlips in some places, which need circlip pliers to remove them. If not, prepare them in advance.

2. External disassembly

(1) The lock with the tightening screw cannot be seen from the outside. Use the tool of the corresponding model to remove the screw on the lock tongue, followed by the lock tongue.

(2) There is a small hole on the handle inside the room and the lock lever between the door. Buy the lock as an accessory, or find a sharp object by yourself, insert it directly into the small hole and press it outwards. Pull out the head of the door handle, rotate it and pull it out.

(3) Rotate and remove the fixed metal plate on the lock rod that is close to the door, you will see two fixing screws, remove the screws and the fixing iron, and the entire lock can be removed outside the room.
