Bevel wall mount hinge 90 degree wall to glass bevel shower hinge is widely used in all the glass doors.Especially in the bathroom /shower room glass doors.The edge of the glass hinge is bevel or we can say it is beveled corner.Sometimes,the square edge will be easily cut the finger when we touch it.The same problem is not existed for the bevel edge corner.Because four corners of the glass shower hinge are in the bevel shape.It can protect our fingers or skins well.Its functions are same as the square shower hinge in the size of 90*55mm.We usually put two pieces of the wall mount hinge on the shower glass doors which are square 90 degree angles.The material for this model is stainless steel 316 or 304.These materials are much strong and durable for the shower glass doors.The production processed way we choose is "die casting".It means the hinge is finished from the same mould.So the sizes and the shapes are 100% exactly same.The advantages of "die casting" shower hinges,not onlly with the perfect apperance but also with 5mm thickness of the back plate ,more strong ,safe and durable.The surfacetreatment is also well processed by professional polishing machines.The surfaces of the glass hinge look very clear,neat and very smoothly.After installing on the doors,it can open and  close the doors very quietly.If the production processing was not well,the shower hinge will be noisy when we open and close the doors.But we work very carefully on this step to avoid the noisy problems.And we equip with stainless steel screws which are durable and stable.
